Very nice, big sites but not a friendly park. People stay within their groups and do not socialize much. Made some friends that were new. Disappointed that outdoor pool was not open.

Basically nice--little or no shade, grass not mowed, grass in gravel sites which could be taken care of. River walk was very nice. People very nice, pool nice but hot tub didn't seem to work.

Absolutely awful--false advertising--this is not a 8/9/8. I am in the process of sending pictures to Good Sams and owners, EPE Enterprises. I am demanding my money back. Crowded, filthy, grass not mowed, permanent campers are horrible, red wood fence is falling down, managers are rude, car next to us that had bullet holes in it. Do Not Stay there.

Can't say enough, this campground is unbelievable, absolutely an RV'ers dream. A bit pricey but it is well worth it.
